During my time as a designer at Berlin Packaging, I had the pleasure of working on a variety of creative projects that helped market the company and strengthen its brand presence. While my work ranged from building custom brand presentations, creating editorial layouts for market trend reports, designing packaging labels for prospective clients, and more, I've learned how to wear many hats within this role.

A large part of my role at Berlin Packaging involved designing the editorial layouts for our recurring monthly trend reports, which highlight new and emerging trends within specific market segments in the consumer packaging industry. I initially assisted our design lead on these reports before eventually taking the lead myself, overseeing all aspects of the creative decision-making process.
Through experimentation and repetition while designing these monthly reports, I grew in self-confidence and further developed my passion for editorial design. This progression led to increased responsibility in creating company publications, ranging across a multitude of market segment categories.
In an effort to better attract prospective businesses, the creative team took a more hands-on approach. We developed branded pitch decks tailored to each prospect, highlighting our strengths and illustrating how a partnership would be mutually beneficial. We took this a step further by redesigning prospects’ retail products to align with the co-branded decks, incorporating our logo and information about Berlin Packaging. Clients were enthusiastic about the results, praising the team’s time, effort, and out-of-the-box design thinking in building strong client relationships.
